Since more than a decade, the group is active in the Education and Real Estate Sector which has contributed first of its kind in Fire Education called College of Safety and Fire Technology. The other areas also upcoming are our Consultancy Services, Infrastructure Services, Financial Services and Real Estate. Yash Group has successfully worked with government and semi-government agencies like Urban Department, Revenue Department, Town Planning, Education Department and lot of Semi-Government Department as well as Industries in Government and also Private Sector.

Run by Champaben Bhagat Education Trust, The College of Safety and Fire Technology believes in the philosophy of professional education and aims at making careers of the students. It believes that the choice of a career is a most pressing problem that confronts every youngster and their parents. Keeping this end in view, college of fire technology has launched new professional courses such as B.Sc. (Fire & Safety), Diploma in Fire Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Security and safety Management and other specialised professional courses so as to enable students to pursue the relevant profession by providing employment opportunities.
Centre for Safety & Fire Solutions (CSFS) is a unit of College of Fire Technology in Gujarat, run by Yash Bhagat Charitable Trust. This Trust is a non-profit organisation involved in education and training on industrial health, safety, Fire Risk management, security, environment and industrial health and hygiene. Management of Occupational Health, Safety, Security, Health/ Hygiene & Environment are the need of the hour in industries in addition to their strict legality manifestation. Conditions prevailing now in India are such that even professionals who have gained a platform to enter and establish themselves in this field do not have a training facility with required professional touch and practical approach.

Pre-construction Planning
Pre-construction planning is used in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins. We methodically go through various stages step by step. First comes the Land procurement, which consists of title clearance and completion of all legal formalities, followed by Government sanctions and Government and urban authorities' approvals.
Architectural Modelling
Next step is to get all the planning in line so the process runs smoothly and quickly. It includes consideration and planning for components like design, structure, safety, aesthetic, construction ease etc. We work with some of the best architects, engineers and thinkers to formulate a model and solve any issues, if they arise.
Construction Management
This part is very crucial for the project. While the execution of the plan is going on, specialised project management techniques are used to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. Its main purpose is to keep and quality check and help control time and cost spent on a project. One of our main focuses is Safety for everyone involved on the project, for which no compromise is made.
